Your department will usually have an incident book or a central place where concerns about the student’s well-being and your contact with them, are recorded and held. If you don’t already know, ask your manager. This recording method is normally secured ensuring that student’s privacy is maintained but that high-risk information can be accessed swiftly and privately.
