A. Correct. The GP has primary responsibility for the physical or mental health of the student and can help with many things including suicidal thoughts, poor eating and sleeping, physical ailments etc.
B. Incorrect. The Students' Union runs clubs and societies for students to join as well as providing independent advice on university and welfare related matters. In this instance, it doesn't meet Donna's needs.
C. Incorrect. While study skills tutors can help with essay planning and procrastination, they would not suit Donna's specific problem on this occasion.

During the second meeting with Donna, she tells you that having spoken to you once and to her flatmates, she feels like something has to change.
